Please join us to cultivate loving awareness for five days of daily meditation sessions online via Zoom. Meditation sessions will center around themes of loving awareness such as peace, joy, and gratitude.
We will be sitting together for 30 minutes at 8:00 a.m. and 8 p.m. on most days starting on Sun., Feb 9 starting at 8:00 p.m. to Fri., Feb 14 at 8:00 a.m. The week will end with a 60-minute session on the morning of Feb 14. We invite you to attend as many sessions as you’re able to during the week. Beginning and experienced meditators are welcome.
The Ann Arbor Center for Mindfulness (AACFM) keeps prices as affordable as possible and is offering tier pricing of $50.00, $35.00, or $20.00 for this retreat. You may choose a tier and pay according to your means. Please select the highest tier that fits your budget to help keep programs accessible and to support our scholarship program.
The registration proceeds will be used to fund scholarships for mindfulness teacher training programs in underrepresented communities. If you want to make an additional donation to support this cause, it is greatly appreciated.
